Privacy policy

How the current Dua Library website handles contact messages, browser saves and technical information.

This website and your contact point

This notice applies to the Dua Library website at innalillahiwainnailaihirajiun.com. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@dualibrary.com.

The site is an informational reading library. Ordinary visitors do not need an account to read public pages. Editorial login access is separate from public reading.

Information you choose to send

The contact form asks for an email address and a message, which it sends through the configured email service. The correction form asks for your email, the page address, issue type and report details; your name and supporting references are optional.

Correction reports are stored privately in the website’s WordPress database for administrator review, together with their submission time, review status and private admin notes. The correction form does not email reports. These forms do not publish comments or create newsletter subscriptions. Avoid including health records, identity documents or another person’s private information.

Browser-only saved pages

If you choose Save page, the site stores the page identifier, title and address in your browser’s local storage. The saved-page feature does not create a user account or upload a synced reading list to the library.

Your saved titles may reveal your interests to someone using the same browser. You can remove an item or clear the saved list from Saved duas. Clearing browser data can also remove the list. Private browsing and storage restrictions may prevent saving.

Cookies, preferences and analytics

WordPress uses cookies for editorial logins and related security functions. Browser saves use local storage rather than a cross-device account. Changing the reading text size or hiding transliteration affects the page you are reading.

Google Site Kit is installed, but its current configuration does not connect an analytics or advertising module. This notice must be updated before introducing new analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Technical information and form protection

When a browser requests a page, web hosting and delivery services receive technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser information and the requested address. Such information can be used to deliver the site and investigate security or reliability issues.

The contact form uses a temporary IP-derived hash to limit repeated successful submissions; it expires after five minutes. The correction form uses a salted IP-derived hash with a ten-minute expiry to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in correction report records. These rate-limit hashes should not be described as fully anonymous.

Service providers and retention

The website and its private correction-report database are delivered through Hostinger hosting infrastructure. Contact messages also pass through the configured email service and mailbox. These providers may process information while providing their services.

Correction reports remain in the WordPress dashboard until an administrator removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Messages, mail logs and backups can have different retention periods. Ask support@dualibrary.com about your records or to request deletion; deletion may be limited where a record is needed for an unresolved issue or a legal obligation.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without submitting a message or using Save page. For information held in the support mailbox or private correction inbox, you can ask for access, correction or deletion, or raise an objection where the applicable law provides that right.

The rights and deadlines that apply depend on the relevant jurisdiction and circumstances. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents unless asked through an appropriate route.

External websites and future changes

Source links take you to independently operated websites with their own policies. Following a link can disclose your visit to that external service.

Email signup is not currently open, and this site does not accept visitor comments. If its services change, the notice should describe the new information collected and choices available. This notice was updated on 5 October 2026.
